Return & Refund Policy


1. The time limit for accepting returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


2.Measures that users need to take
We are very honored that you can choose our products. When you receive the express package from us, please be sure to take the following actions :(1) as our clothes are sealed in vacuum, when you open the package, you will find wrinkles in the clothes. Since our clothes are made of high elastic fabrics, you only need to use the ironing machine to remove wrinkles.(2) When you receive the package, please be sure to check whether the package you receive is damaged or defective. If so, please contact us in time.We will take necessary measures to deal with it.(3) Make sure that the product you receive matches the one you purchased.Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

3.Applicable circumstances for returns and refunds
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, if you are not satisfied, we apologize. For whatever reason you are not satisfied, if the following conditions are met, we will be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All items must be in the original packaging, and the product labels must be intact and all items must be unworn , Unused, unwashed and in original condition
If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we will not be able to process any replacement or refund claims regardless of the item being sent back to us.


4.Return fee and freight to be borne
There is no return fee for all returns. We will be responsible for all return shipping charges that meet return conditions.


5.Return procedure and return address:
To start a return, you can contact us at bougesrenburgvx5152@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


7. Refund process and time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refunds usually arrive within 24 hours.
Please remember it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
